Anstey Village Street Party
InstallationWe were invited to create a sculptural installation for this one day event that would mark the entrance the the site and also become a focal point.
We design arches made from bamboo strips that reflected the local victorian architecture and provided a sense of entry and grandeur to the festival site. Additonally we also created a simple bamboo tripod that became a central piece tying all the bunting together and creating a festive atmosphere.
We kept the design simple due to very short bump in and bump out time. The arches were prefabricated in a workshop and installed in the morning of the event.
