Yin Yang Spiral

A spiral structure built as part of the working bee at Shirley Robertson Childcare Centre in Coburg.

The concept of the structure is based on two curves forming a spiral which creates a hiding space for kids. It also provides an opportunity to enter the structure from one side and exit from another creating an informal play space.

The structure is made of vertical bamboo poles of varying height that are tied at the top with bamboo strips to provide stability.
